Hannah's House Has Been Chosen!
Hannah’s House has been selected as one of five (5) Vermont finalists for the Red Sox Foundation IMPACT Awards for its work on raising awareness and improving mental health outcomes in Central Vermont. The IMPACT Awards provide Red Sox fans in New England with the opportunity to support their favorite nonprofit, mental health organization’s chance to win a $10,000 grant from the Red Sox Foundation! All they have to do is VOTE by June 22nd!
