Wellness Resources

We miss spending time with students and we also know they miss spending time with each other. This is a challenging time for us all as we grieve the loss of school as we know it. These feelings of sadness, grief, uncertainty, frustration, anger, even at times feelings of joy, and everything in between are all normal. Remember, the school building doesn’t make the school community, it’s the people in it. We believe it is important that we stay connected even though we are physically separated. We miss you all, and we hope to see you online in classes or drop-in sessions, wellness offerings, and one-on-one meetings. Please reach out to any Harwood staff that you feel connected to. We are all here for you, and we will get through this together!

In order to stay healthy during this stressful time, it is important that we nourish our minds, bodies, and souls in a variety of ways throughout the day to keep us balanced. Harwood Faculty & Staff are offering a variety of options for connection throughout each week. The calendar will change each week and will be sent out to students, families, and faculty and also updated above.
