Welcome to Harwood Union High School.  If you are new to the district and would like to register a new student, please follow the directions below:

1. Call Wendy Gilbert – 802-882-1101 to make an appointment and receive additional information.

Print the New Student Registration Forms 2011 and complete prior to your appointment.  The forms available are:

• Student Emergency Information Form
• Release of Records Form
• Permission Forms
  • Personally Identifiable Information
  • Photo and Videotape
  • Technology Agreement

Optional forms you may need to fill out, click here for forms:

• If your student needs to take medication at school
• HIV/Condom consent form
• Free and Reduced Lunch Form

What to bring to your appointment:

• Verification of residency  - lease or utility bill
• Report card and transcript – if possible course schedule from previous school
• Health records/immunization records – a list can be obtained from your family doctor

Prior to your appointment:
